Cutting flex polyurethane film for textile marking – METALCUT

Our METALCUT polyurethane film is specially intended for the production of chest pocket logos or large graphics. He is perfect to give a metallic gloss touch to your textiles. METALCUT film is available in gloss chrome effect (gold or silver), this film is sure to provide stylish urban marking. New colours with metallic effect join the range:

  • Black gloss
  • Rose gold gloss

Product characteristics

Our flex film, with metallic effect METALCUT, is a gloss polyurethane film of 50µm thickness.

  • Suitable for heat transfer onto cotton & polyester textiles

METALCUT film has an extreme thinness, so he can be weeded easily and quickly. Due to its non-adhesive liner, it is possible to stack your logos without limit during production.

How to apply our textile cutting flex?

  • Press temperature: 150°C
  • Press time: 8 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peeling: Cold
  • Mirror the design before cutting

For the maintenance of our metallic film effect, it’s easy. 30°C is the perfect maximum temperature for machine wash. Nevertheless, we recommend a hand wash to maintain a high product quality. Moreover, it’s necessary to wait , at least, 24 hours before the first wash.

  • You must not use bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron

METALCUT film is perfect if you want to give an urban style to your coton and polyester clothes.
