DTF (Direct To Film) is a new reverse printing technique<\/strong> in the style of a screen transfer. You are a consumer of screen transfers<\/a>, you produce repeated markings or you are a manufacturer of transfers? Then the DTF-C-PEEL film from HEXIS<\/a> is right for you.<\/p>\n

How is DTF-C-PEEL film used?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Only 3 steps<\/strong> are needed to use your DTF film. First, a four-colour or single-colour mirror print<\/strong> and the application of a base white. Then a “reactivatable” adhesive<\/strong> is added in the form of hot melt powder. Finally, the DTF-C-PEEL film is passed through a drying tunnel<\/strong> to “fix” the whole compound.<\/p>\n

What are the advantages of a DTF film?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The biggest advantage of this technology? Is the time savings<\/strong>, as there is no longer any need for weeding nor for tape to transfer your printed designs! Just as you can say goodbye to :<\/p>\n

    DTF-C-PEEL is a transparent polyester film<\/strong> that comes with a non-adhesive liner. It is used with specific water-based inks<\/strong>, which brings to your graphics a particularly silky touch and a retention of the colours<\/strong>. Its thickness (80\u00b5m) gives it a major advantage: better stability in printing long lengths<\/strong> furthermore also no shrinkage or shifting when passing through the drying tunnel (available in widths of 300 and 600 mm by 100m*).<\/p>\n

    Being extremely thin and flexible, the DTF-C-PEEL is recommended for easily producing small to large designs<\/strong> on a wide variety of materials (cotton, polyester etc.) and substrates (T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, caps, hats etc.). Moreover, it can be used on all colours, even the lightest. Moreover, this film is ideal for high quality four-colour printing with a wide range of gradient colours and the base white is fully adjustable. Because of its good washability, DTF-C-PEEL can be used on almost all garments requiring personalisation: streetwear, sports, promotional and PPE**.<\/p>\n
